| No-one is sure, but given that Mango handsets will still be on sale all the way up to the introduction of Apollo it seems likely there will be an upgrade. |

| I remember reading some where that MS said that 2nd gen phone should receive the update, but that they were unsure about 1st gen phones.
but honestly the difference in 1st and 2nd gen phone spec wise are little to none so...
still a wait an see though nothing seems to be written in stone. |

Microsoft stated that Mango-apps will run under Appolo so that suggests that 8 can run on at least 7.5 devices. It's no proof but if you look at Tango, that can adjust itself to low-memory phones, it would be strange if Appolo would demand High specs. |
