Hi! I am currently running a Nokia Lumia 800 on OS version 7.10.8107.79 . I was notified last week that there was an update available so tried to download it from my pc using Zune software. When I first got the phone at the beginning of May, I successfully completed a software update on this computer. I get as far as Stage 2 of the download when I have the error code 801811A3, which I understand is a BITS error. I have tried using the Microsoft 'Fixit' and also manually gone to restart BITS. Still no success. Any ideas please?
