The size of "other files" has been increasing since I start using it. I guess it is the emails since i link it with my working mailbox. Anyone know how to decrease the size of the other files? Thanks

Do you use anything that might create a large cache like a RSS Reader?
What about lots of documents/PDFs etc? 

Try the free "Shrink Storage" app.  All it does is artificially fill up all your free storage space
which triggers a clean-up and condense routine in the Windows Phone OS.
I tried it this morning for the first time and was rewarded with something like 1.5-2.5 GB
of space.
