I have a question.

Why is the chat service running on flash? Impossible to use on a wPhone, any phone soon with adobe pulling out support.

2, Is there a moderator in the house? Someone who we can turn to in case of whatever unwanted behaviour.

1. I see, they will learn in time.

2. No complaints means quiet forums. Consider it as a compliment to Microsoft. (I never thought I would say that)  :-)
