I bought a samsung Omnia with Windows 7 installed. When I had to accept terms or go to settings in the apps, which is mostly in the lower left corner of the screen, i'm unable to press them in certain apps, the bing search and my messaging portal. There is no problem with the hardware, because i tried pressing that spot on other places and apps and it is working fine. The lower part also becomes inactive during charging my mobile. So, I tried updating my OS to 7.5. The problem still persists. What do I do? Kindly help me.
