hi i have a question we want to make a phone and we want use WP8 do you how much we must pay to microsoft? and how much is Synchronization hardware platforms ? thanks

Licensing the OS is only available to OEMs, and Microsoft has never revealed the cost, with speculation ranging from $10 to $30, with some OEMs paying less than others.
